NEXTSPARES PRE-INFORMATION FORM (GENERAL)

1. PURPOSE

Before each purchase on the Platform, the Buyer is shown an order-specific Pre-Information Form and Distance Sales Agreement at checkout. Those documents include the Seller, Buyer, products, price and delivery details for that transaction. This page describes the general framework.

3. INFORMATION PROVIDED AT CHECKOUT

For every order the Buyer must review and accept, before payment: • Seller identity (listing member company) • Buyer and delivery details entered at checkout • Essential product characteristics, quantity and total price (TRY) • Payment via PayTR (3D Secure) and hold / settlement rules • Delivery method as agreed between the parties • Withdrawal / return rules (consumer vs B2B) • Complaint channels

4. ACCEPTANCE

Checkboxes on the payment page are unchecked by default. The Buyer cannot complete payment without accepting the Pre-Information Form and the Distance Sales Agreement. Acceptance is recorded as electronic consent for that order.

Distance Sales Agreement, Delivery and Returns, Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Personal Data Notice apply together with the checkout forms.
